These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LetzEdge S.à r.l., a société à responsabilité limitée registered in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
LetzEdge provides a sovereign Function-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform enabling customers to deploy, execute, and manage serverless functions on 100% EU-based infrastructure. All computation and data storage occurs exclusively within the European Union.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and promptly update it as necessary.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
All services are billed in Euro (€). Pricing is based on function invocations, compute duration, and data transfer. A free tier is available. Detailed pricing is published on our website and may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.
LetzEdge commits to 99.95% uptime for production workloads. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Service credits are issued for qualifying downtime events as detailed in our SLA addendum.
To the maximum extent permitted by Luxembourgish law, LetzEdge's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
